部分肝切除是治疗肝癌的首选治疗方法，然而肿瘤复发仍然是肝癌病人部分肝切除术后长期生存的一个主要限制因素。因此，对复发肝癌采用适合的治疗手段，在多学科治疗专家组（multidisciplinary team，MDT）模式的今天,是直接面对和迫切需要解决的问题。不过，再手术切除仍被认为是治疗肝癌术后复发的最有效手段。正确地认识再手术治疗的价值以及合理地选择手术方式，对于再手术治疗肝癌术后复发至关重要。

Abstract    Partial hepatectomy is the first choice of treatment for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the tumor recurrence remains a main limitation to the long-term survival of patients following partial hepatectomy for HCC. At present, it is a direct and urgent issue to find an appropriate management for recurrent HCC in the multidisciplinary team approach. Repeat hepatectomy is still considered as the most efficient management for recurrent HCC. The correct understanding of the value of repeat hepatectomy and the reasonable selection of surgical procedures are the main points of repeat hepatectomy for recurrent HCC after hepatectomy.
