目前，外科手术仍是其首选的治疗手段。然而，肝切除术后较高的复发率致使肝癌病人的预后始终不佳，如何降低复发率，延长此类病人生存期成为外科医生亟待解决的问题之一。新近研究表明，肝癌术中失血及输血可能会促进肿瘤术后复发。因此，减少围手术期失血和输血可能成为外科医生降低肝癌病人术后复发率的有效对策。

Abstract    Liver cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the world. Surgery still remains the mainstay of treatment offering a hope of cure. However，a high incidence of postoperative recurrence is universal and continues to be the main cause of death. Improvement of long-term survival is the problem to be solved for surgeons. Recent studies have shown that intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion promote postoperative recurrence. Therefore，an effective strategy by which surgeons could reduce postoperative recurrence may be to minimize perioperative blood loss and transfusion.
