随着内镜技术的不断发展，其在消化道肿瘤中的应用指征也逐渐扩大。其中最初应用于早期胃癌治疗的内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD），作为一种可以实现一次性大块完整切除病变的内镜治疗技术，现在已经应用于包括结直肠在内的消化道其他部位肿瘤的治疗。尽管ESD技术在早期结直肠癌中的应用还没有像其在早期胃癌中的应用那样被写入指南，但随着内镜器械的创新和内镜技术的进步，肠道ESD也在逐渐的发展。许多单中心大样本的研究文献已经证实了ESD治疗早期结直肠癌的安全性、有效性和微创性。对于肠道ESD并发症的处理也逐渐的成熟。相信随着临床资料的不断积累，在不久的将来ESD也会成为早期结直肠癌的首先治疗方法。

Abstract    With the development of the endoscopic technology, the scope of the endoscopy application in gastrointestinal tumors is also increasing gradually.The technique of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), which was developed for en bloc resection of large lesions in the stomach, has been widely accepted for the treatment of the whole gastrointestinal tract. Although ESD has not yet been fully established as a standard therapeutic method for colorectal lesions，the use of colorectal ESD has been gradually spreading with the development of numerous devices. The safety and efficacy of colorectal ESD has been clarified by many studys. It is easier to treated the complication. In the near future, colorectal ESD will be a common therapeutic method for early colorectal carcinoma.
