慢性放射性肠炎（chronic radiation enteritis，CRE）是放疗后常见的胃肠道并发症。1/3以上的CRE病人最终需要外科治疗，但CRE手术困难、并发症发生率与再手术率高。因此，外科治疗CRE对外科医生是一巨大挑战。

Abstract    Chronic radiation enteritis (CRE) is one of common gastrointestinal toxicity of radiation therapy, more than oen-third of CRE patients required surgery, which is associated with the operative difficulty, high morbidity rate, and high risk of reoperation, the surgical management of CRE was challenge for surgeons, the surgical management of CRE was reconsidered based on more 300 patients with CRE treated with surgery in our department.
