手术后上消化道重建必须保持其原有的生理功能和较少的并发症。胃切除、胆道手术和胰腺手术都有其各自的特点，术后重建方式也有其各自的适应范围和优缺点。外科医师应该依据病人的疾病情况、基础状态和自身经验等，综合考虑决定重建方式，而不应固守某一种重建方式。

Abstract    Postoperative upper digestive tract reconstruction must maintain the physiological function and low incidence of complications. Gastrectomy, biliary and pancreatic operations have typical characteristics and indications respectively. Surgeons should make decision for each of the  patients only after consideration of the disease，the condition and personal experiences instead of sticking to a certain kind of reconstruction.
