Abstract    Component separation technique used in the treatment of abdominal wall defect or incisional hernia , joint patch applications normally open or laparoscopic treatment of complex abdominal wall defects or incisional hernia has a good cure rate, which may become one of the mainstream treatment technique for complicated incisional hernia.
