手术是治愈腹壁疝的惟一方法，但外科医生对手术治疗造口旁疝较为棘手。近年来，补片及腹腔镜技术广泛应用于造口旁疝的治疗中，取得了一些进步，但依然存在复发及造口功能和外观不佳等问题。因此，对造口旁疝的手术不仅要修补疝环，而且要对造口进行重建。

Abstract    Ventral hernia can only be cured through operations. However, it is still a challenge for surgeons to treat the parastomal hernia. Recently, mesh and laparoscopic technique have been widely used in the cure of the parastomal hernia with some progress. But some problems such as recurrence, nonideal stomal function and poor outlooks are still existed. The parastomal hernia repair should not only close the hernia ring, but also rebuild the stomal in situ.
