甲状腺手术中气管、食管的损伤比较少见。好发于肿瘤局部压迫或再次手术病例。完善的术前检查，了解肿瘤与气管、食管的关系是预防的关键。损伤的修复需根据不同的缺损范围，采用局部缝合或转移皮瓣等方法治疗。

Abstract    Tracheal and esophageal injury during thyroid surgery is uncommon, which are usually in large tumors with local compression or in reoperative cases. Thorough preoperative examination for the relationship between the lesion and trachea or esophagus may prevent the injury. The complications can be managed by primary closure or tissue flaps depending on the range of the defects.
