影像学是诊断食管胃结合部腺癌（AEG）的重要手段之一。X线气钡双对比造影、CT和MRI等多种影像学手段的综合应用，可有效提高AEG的检出率和诊断水平，提高原发灶和转移淋巴结的分期能力，辅助术式判断及可切除性评价，以及早期预测新辅助化疗疗效，从而为AEG个体化诊疗的实现提供依据。

Abstract    Imageology is one of the important modalities in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (AEG). The integrated application of X-ray double-contrast examination, CT and MRI can effectively improve the detection and diagnosis of AEG, increase the accuracy of T- and N- staging, assist the planning of surgical approach, evaluate the resectability, and predict the response of neoadjuvant chemotherapy at the early stage, which may provide information for the personalized medicine of AEG.
