实验外科是外科领域的转化医学，为了更好地开展外科转化医学应选择正确的课题，关注医学软科学、比较医学，加强新型医学动物模型的研究与应用，特别是模式生物。外科医生应接受正规的培训和开展高质量的临床科研，包括RCTs、定性研究和观察性研究。实验外科也要加强基础前沿研究。

Abstract    Experimental surgery is translational medicine in surgical field. In order to carry out surgical translational medicine better, we should choose right subject, pay attention to the soft science of medicine, comparative medicine, and strengthen the study and application of new animal models in medicine，especially the model organism. The surgeon should receive formal training and develop high quality clinical research，including RCTs ,  qualitative research and observative research. Experimental surgery also strengthen basic frontier research.
