预防围手术期的血栓形成是外科手术成功和术后顺利恢复的重要问题，其中抗凝治疗是十分重要的方法。但是，不同手术的抗凝方法和要求也不同，需要熟悉各类手术对抗凝强度的要求，根据病人的年龄、全身状况、疾病情况、监测指标的结果、手术种类和不同时期选择性运用抗凝药物，争取做到合理的个体化抗凝治疗。

Abstract    It is an important issue of prevention of thrombosis in the perioperative period, which could make a successful surgery and smooth recovery. Anticoagulant therapy is a very important methods, but different surgery requires different anticoagulation methods. It needs to know all kinds of surgery on the anticoagulant strength requirements. The use of anticoagulant drugs needs according to the patient's age,general condition, disease status, the results of monitoring indicators, type of surgery and different times of operation,which strives to achieve a reasonable individualized anticoagulant therapy.
