21世纪，随着微创技术的发展及医学治疗模式的转变，外科病人对术后康复提出了更高的需求，诣在减少医疗费用、缩短住院时间。快速康复外科（fast track surgery，FTS）应运而生，且广泛应用于临床各个学科。近年来，在国内外胰腺外科学者的共同努力下，FTS在胰腺外科中的应用呈现迅猛发展势头，新理念的应用同时也给我们带来了新的挑战。

Abstract    In 21th century, with the development of minimally invasive techniques and the change of the medical treatment pattern, patients apply to surgeons for higher demand on postoperative recovery so as to decrease medical costs and reduce length of hospital stay. Meanwhile, fast track surgery (FTS) appeared, which has been applied in many kinds of surgical fields. Recently, the application of FTS has developed rapidly in pancreatic surgery through the joint efforts of all pancreatic surgeons. However, the new concept always comes along with new challenge.
