慢性胰腺炎是一种进行性、不可逆性的炎性疾病。目前尚无一种能够被广泛接受的诊断标准和治疗流程。因此，有必要对慢性胰腺炎规范化诊治中存在的问题做一探讨并加以重视。落实和推进规范化的诊断和治疗、加强对该病特殊类型的认识，有助于进一步提高我国慢性胰腺炎的诊治水平。

Abstract    Chronic pancreatitis is a progressive and irreversible fibroinflammatory disease. So far, there is no diagnostic criteria and treatment algorithm widely accepted. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the standardized diagnosis and therapy of chronic pancreatitis and make the problems to be seriously discussed. Administering the criterion and improving the recognition of the disease will enhance the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis in China.
