胃癌肝转移（gastric cancer with liver metastasis，GCLM）是胃癌的晚期事件，其治疗方案仍存较大争议。GCLM病人的最佳综合治疗策略应建立在每一例病人的临床病理学特征基础之上，利用已有的循证医学证据，通过多学科团队（multidisciplinary team，MDT）讨论制定个体化方案。在更多的高级别前瞻性研究结果发布之前，尤其应该慎重把握“治愈性”手术及姑息性胃癌切除术适应证。

Abstract    Liver metastasis is a late event in gastric cancer. The treatment still remains controversial. The paper reviewed the recent literature concerning the treatment of gastric cancer with liver metastasis (GCLM), and analyzed curative surgery, palliative surgery, local ablation therapy, interventional radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy. Some GCLM patients will benefit from the multidisciplinary treatments described above. Whether to choose "curative" surgery or palliative surgery for a certain patient should be based on the clinical and pathological features of the patient.
