胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，发生率和病死率一直居高不下。准确、合理的TNM分期系统是进行胃癌治疗的前提。目前，手术治疗仍旧是根治胃癌的基石。同时，围手术期化疗的应用可提高肿瘤局控率和病人生存期。因此，医学专家、学者们正在致力于规范手术方式的基础上继续探索新化疗方案、新放疗技术以及新靶向治疗的合理方法。随着研究的进一步发展，胃癌的治疗最终会实现规范化、个体化、综合性的治疗模式。

Abstract    Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies in China, which remains in high incidence and mortality. Accurate and reasonable TNM staging system is a prerequisite for the management of gastric cancer. At present, the surgical treatment is still a cure foundation. Meanwhile, perioperative chemotherapy can significantly improve tumor controlling rate and overall survival. Therefore, based on standard surgery, medical experts and scholars are committed to explore new chemotherapy regimens, new radiation therapy technology and reasonable method of new targeted therapy. With the development of research, treatment for gastric cancer will eventually realize standardized and individualized, multidisciplinary treatment mode.
