普通外科手术种类繁多，选择好切口和径路是手术成功的第一步。对手术切口和径路总的要求是：（1）能提供良好的显露；（2）进入和关闭缝合尽量方便、简单；（3）组织损伤小；（4）手术后疼痛较轻，愈合牢固，不易裂开，对美容影响较小；（5）一旦需要，便于扩大、延长。

Abstract    There is a variety of operations in general surgery.  To make a right choice of incisions and approaches is the first and important step to accomplish the surgical procedures. An appropriate incision should meet following requirements: ⑴ to give a good explosure,  ⑵ easy to open and close, ⑶ cause less damage, ⑷ to result less postoperative pain and disruption of wound, ⑷ to have better possibilities for extension of the incision when needed.
