多学科专家组诊疗模式的组织和规范实施

摘要：

随着分子生物学、基因学知识的快速增长，以及新的化疗和靶向治疗的进展，恶性肿瘤的治疗愈加复杂。针对恶性肿瘤的多学科专家组（MDT）诊疗模式在很多欧洲国家和美国已被广泛接受，MDT诊疗模式促进了组内成员的合作、沟通和正确决策。在中国，MDT模式正在被关注，并在少数医疗中心已建立该模式。但在多数医疗中心，建立MDT仍存在一些障碍。而且，已经建立的MDT运行仍有问题。

Abstract    With the knowledge explosion in molecular biology, genetics and development of new chemotherapies, targeted therapy, the management of cancers becomes more complex. A multidisciplinary Team(MDT) working to cancer care has been widely accepted throughout much of Europe, the United States. Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) improve coordination, communication and decision making between team members, and produce more positive outcomes for patients. In China，The MDT working is increasingly paid great attention to and has been established in a few medical centers. There are still some barriers in most medical centers.
