肢体深静脉血栓形成是临床上常见的疾病，发病率较高，而肢体深静脉血栓形成后的严重并发症是栓子脱落造成肺动脉栓塞。为了拦截栓子，预防肺动脉栓塞发生，腔静脉滤器已广泛应用于临床。但是随着滤器应用数量的增加，一些相应的并发症不断出现。严格把握滤器植入指征，精湛的介入技术，规范的操作程序，精心的术后管理，是避免并发症发生的最佳途径。

Abstract    Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) is more and frequent disease in clinical practice and have a high morbidity rate. Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a associated serious complication after DVT. For the sake of the prevention PE after DVT , Vena Cava Filter(VCF) had be extensive applied in clinical practice. But along with the increment of the VCF application in quantity, some homologous complications appears continuously。Master vena cava filter application, consummate technical, standardize and elaborate management are the best way to avoid complications .
