结直肠癌伴局部浸润病例在临床中较为常见，部分病人治疗存在一定难度，尤其术后病理结果显示，部分行联合脏器切除者，其受侵脏器仅为炎性浸润，这也给医生、病人及家属带来一定困惑，手术方式选择的正确与否？施行此类手术的利弊得失？不同浸润情况下二者预后是否存在差别等，值得深入探讨和研究。

Abstract    It was not rare to see patients with colorectal cancer accompanied by multivisceral invasion in clinical processes, and some of them were difficulted to deal with,espically those who have been done the operation of colorectal cancer with multivisceral resection but their pathological results showed that the invasion was just inflammated. So there were many questions to which doctors, patients and relatives had to face, such as whether the operation should be done, what would be got and lost by this kind of resection and the discriminations between those having this surgery and not.All these problems were waited for us to study furthermore.
