甲状腺结节是头颈部最常见的肿瘤表现之一，要在众多结节中鉴别良恶性，目前主要依靠超声检查与细针穿刺细胞学检查。但两种诊断方法均存在一定的不足与缺点，应引起临床医师的注意。同时对甲状腺结节的治疗，大多良性结节可以采用保守治疗，对于需要手术的病人应严格掌握手术指征与采用合适的手术方法。

Abstract    Thyroid nodule is the most common disease of head and neck. The differentiate diagnosis of its malignancy mostly relies on the examination of ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration. Both of the methods have some shortcomings and disadvantages, which should be concerned by the clinician. As for the reatment, most of the benign nodules could be treated conservatively. The indication and the approach of the operation should be considered carefully for those who need surgery.
