系统地回顾了胰腺内分泌肿瘤的病理及生物学特征，并根据所分泌的不同激素对肿瘤进行分类总结其临床表现；比较了超声影像及超声内镜、CT和MRI、正电子发射断层影像（PET）、血管造影术在诊断胰腺内分泌肿瘤方面的特点；探讨了手术治疗、介入治疗、生长抑素类似物、放射性核素靶向治疗在胰腺内分泌肿瘤治疗中的综合运用及存在的问题。

Abstract    The pathology and biological characteristics of pancreatic endocrine tumors were systematicly reviewed in this article. Tumors were classified according to the different hormones secreted by them and clinical manifestations were summarized. The characteristics of ultrasound imaging and endoscopic ultrasonography, CT and MRI, positron emission tomography (PET), and angiography were compared in the diagnosis of pancreatic endocrine tumor. Comprehensive application and  issues of the surgical treatment, interventional therapy, somatostatin analogues, targeted radionuclide therapy in the treatment of pancreatic endocrine tumors were Investigated.
