胰腺内分泌肿瘤临床少见，症状复杂多样，误诊率高。我国胰腺内分泌肿瘤诊治水平经过几十年的发展已有长足进步，但较国外仍存在一定差距。提高对该病的认识水平、建立完善健全的转诊制度、落实和推进规范化治疗，有助于进一步提高我国胰腺内分泌肿瘤诊治水平。

Abstract    Pancreatic endocrine tumor is a rare lesion in clinic, which has the characteristics of varied presentations of symptom and high misdiagnosis rate. After decades’ development, the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic endocrine tumor in our country has made great progress, but still has a large disparity compared to the Western countries. Improving the recognition of this disease, establishing the patient transfer system and administering the correct treatment strategy will improve the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic endocrine tumor in China.
