肝癌手术切除、局部消融、介入治疗和肝移植术是当前肝癌的主要治疗手段，但这四种方法的适应证有部分重叠，且综合应用时的实施次序有较大争议。如何确定最佳的个体化综合治疗方案，是普通外科医师面临的一个巨大挑战。

Abstract    Nowadays, the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) mainly includes surgical resection, locoregional ablation, interventional therapy and liver transplantation. The indications of the four methods overlap partly, and there are some controversial viewpoints about the order of the methods’ application. It’s still a considerable challenge for surgeons to optimize personalized multimodality treatments for HCC.
