肿瘤基因表观遗传与分子靶向治疗

摘要

表观遗传修饰的主要分子机制有DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰。异常的表观遗传修饰会导致肿瘤发生。因此,对表观遗传的调节机制及其可逆性的研究将鉴别出一些新的靶点,为肿瘤的分子靶向治疗提供新的方向。

Abstract    There are two epigenetic modification mechanisms,including DNA methylation and histone modification. Epigenetic  modification abnormalities can cause tumors. Studies of the mechanisms of epigenetic regulation and its reversibility have resulted in the identification of novel targets that may be useful in developing new strategieed for the molecular targets treatment of cancer.
