腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除（LPD）临床应用是可行的，但有较大风险。丰富的胰十二指肠切除开腹手术经验和精湛的腹腔镜手术操作技巧是完成LPD的必要条件，早期、位置合适、肿瘤较小的、较瘦的病例是早期开展的理想条件。LPD不宜在不具备以上条件的医院进行临床推广应用。

Abstract    Laparoscopic pacreaticoduodenectomy(LPD) LPD is a feasible and risky operation. It’s necessary for LPD that they must be experienced open surgeon meanwhile  skilled laparoscopic surgeon. Early, suitable location, smaller tumor and the thin cases are the ided conditions of early surgery It’s dangerous  being  popularize in  noncodition hospital.
