止血与抗凝是一对矛盾体，处理不当势必造成手术失败，增加并发症的发生率。随着对止血和血栓研究的深入，传统止血及抗凝药物的合理化应用，新的药物不断涌现。对止血和凝血药物发展及围手术期如何合理使用止血和抗凝药物做一介绍。

Abstract    Hemostasis and anticoagulation is a pair of contradiction, and inappropriate treatment will inevitably cause the surgical failure and complications. The traditional hemostatic/anticoagulant drugs are used rationally and new drugs are emerging with in-depth study of hemostasis and thrombosis. The development of hemostatic/anticoagulant drugs and its application in perioperative period will be presented in the article.
