腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术（endovascular aneurysm repair，EVAR）已逐步取代传统开腹手术而成为腹主动脉瘤的主要治疗方法。随着腔内器械的不断研发改进以及操作技术日益成熟，传统的腔内修复适应证正逐渐得到扩展。尽管新技术的提高和器械的改进更有助于扩大治疗指征和治疗结果，但谨慎细致的术前评估应是EVAR成功的先决条件。

Conventional indications of EVAR are extended gradualy with the development of endoluminal instruments and improvement of operating skills. Some latest endovascular devices and techniques are shortly trodueed except for indications of EVAR. In addition, evaluation of imaging before EVAR is indispensable and should be paid adequate attention.
