由于残胃癌的发生率不同, 临床表现具有多样性、复杂性的特点，各个医院及相关医生对其诊断与治疗仍有不同的观点。目前，残胃癌的治疗尚无统一规范，预后相对较差。新辅助化疗在进展期胃癌中得到越来越广泛地应用。

Therefore, many doctors have diverse views involving in the diagnosis and therapy of the GSC. Currently, there exist no uniform guidline in the treatment of GSC patients and the prognosis of patients with GSC is relatively poor. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is more and more widely applied in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
