目的 探讨胰腺癌热疗术后并发症的预防和治疗。方法 回顾性分析2002年10月至2008年6月南京医科大学鼓楼临床医学院收治的22例热疗治疗晚期胰腺癌病人的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果 所有病人均行射频消融或微波固化治疗，无围手术期死亡病例，1例病人出现胰瘘。结论 在术中超声引导下对不能手术切除的胰腺癌病人进行热疗治疗是较为安全有效的，但需更多临床资料证实。

Department of General Surgery, Drum Tower Hospital,Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing 210008,China Corresponding author: XIE Min, E-mail: M-Xie0828@medmail.com.cn Abstract Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of hyperthermia therapy for pancreatic cancer.Methods The medical records of 22 patients with advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer underwent hyperthermia therapy in our Hospital from October,1988 to June,2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Meanwhile,relevant literatures were reviewed.Results All the patients underwent radiofrequency ablation or microwave coagulation,no one died during the perioperative period,but one have pancreatic leak.Conclusion Under the leading of ultrasound in operation, hyperthermia therapy is a safe and effective method for patients who were suffered from unresectable pancreatic cancer，but need more clinical data.
