目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用前景。方法报告2008年5~8月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院普外科完成12例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法及临床效果。结果12例手术均获成功，无并发症发生，术后恢复好，病人满意。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术操作难度较大，但具有无瘢痕等优点，有技术条件的医院可以在慎重选择病例的基础上开展。
