Abstract    Reconstruction of the digestive tract is a cruical part in right hemicolectomy. In the context of complete laparoscopy, intra-corporeal anastomosis might become the preferred procedure for laparoscopy right hemicolectomy, with the advantages of minimally invasive, decreased feeling of pain and discomfort, and in accordance with the conception of faster-recovery surgery as well.In the anastomosis, attention should be paid to the priciples of "point-line-surface", that is, the puncture point is the point, the anastomosis nail is the line, and the transverse colon and ileum are arranged in parallel, with the point on the line and the line on the surface, so as to complete a high-quality anastomosis.
