腹腔镜右半结肠切除手术入路演变

摘要： 手术入路是手术的重要组成部分，决定了外科医师如何准确、安全地接近手术目标区域。腹腔镜右半结肠切除术的手术入路经历了三十余年的演变，从最初的外侧入路到内侧入路，再到目前的混合入路，这个历程充满了挑战与创新。不同的入路在手术中各有优缺点，外科医师需要根据病人情况和自身经验选择最合适的入路。

Abstract    The operative approach is crucial to determining how surgeons accurately and safely access the surgical target area. The operative approach for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy has evolved over the past three decades, progressing from the initial lateral approach to the medial approach and eventually to the current hybrid approach, marked by challenges and innovations. Different approaches have their own characteristics in surgery，and surgeons need to choose the most suitable approach based on the patient's situation and their own experience.
