内镜减重技术进展及未来趋势

摘要: 近年来,内镜减重技术备受关注,其优势是经自然腔道,属于无创或者超微创治疗,故接受度良好,目前已进入临床应用。正在进行临床试验的内镜减重技术和医疗器械包括胃内球囊技术、内镜胃袖状成形术、胃幽门控制阀门装置、十二指肠黏膜热消融技术、十二指肠-空肠转流支架技术、小肠磁力压榨环吻合技术等,以及衍生出的可吞咽胃内球囊和胃内占容水凝胶颗粒。内镜减重技术未来有两个发展趋势,一是越来越多的内镜减重器械和技术将会获得批准,二是传统的内镜减重技术和医疗器械将逐渐摆脱内镜,变得更加易用。

Abstract    In recent years, endoscopic bariatric technology has received significant attention because it is conducted via a natural lumen with some  significant advantages, such as being non-invasive or ultra-minimally invasive. Therefore, its acceptance is pretty  well. Endoscopic bariatric technologies and bariatric medical devices that have entered clinical application or are currently undergoing clinical trials include intragastric balloon technology, endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, transpyloric valve device, duodenal mucosal thermal ablation technology, duodenal jejunal bypass linen technology, small intestine magnetic squeeze ring anastomosis technology, and derived swallowable intragastric balloon and intragastric volume-occupying hydrogel particles. There are two development trends in endoscopic bariatric technology. Firstly, more and more endoscopic bariatric devices and technologies will be approved and enter into clinical utilization. Secondly,  traditional endoscopic bariatric technologies and medical devices may be adopted without endoscopy, which makes clinical utilization become more user-friendly.
