Abstract: With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards，people's understanding and requirements of aesthetics are gradually increasing. Dental implant treatment has become the main method for restoring missing teeth in the aesthetic area. Long-term tooth loss can lead to severe vertical and horizontal defects in both hard and soft tissues，causing serious aesthetic defects and making the reconstruction of soft and hard tissues extremely difficult. This article presents a complex case of severe bone defect in the oral aesthetic area，demonstrating the treatment process and key operation points of hard tissue reconstruction，soft tissue reconstruction，and gingival shaping with transitional prostheses，in order to provide clinical experience for solving such problems.

摘要： 随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高，民众对于美学的认识和要求逐步提升，种植治疗也成为美学区牙列缺损的主要修复手段。牙齿长期缺失会带来软硬组织在垂直向和水平向的重度缺损，造成严重的美学缺陷，并给软硬组织重建带来极大难度。文章介绍1例口腔美学区重度骨缺损的复杂病例，展示硬组织重建、软组织重建、过渡性修复体牙龈整塑的治疗流程和操作要点，为临床解决这类难题提供经验。
