Abstract: The morphology of alveolar bone defects is the key factor affecting the effect of bone regeneration and it is often an important basis for selecting bone augmentation method. At present,the evaluation and classification methods of alveolar bone defects morphology are diversified,which leads to the lack of standardization in clinical application. Moreover,most evaluation and classification methods do not reflect objectively or comprehensively the defects parameters related to bone regeneration effects. In recent years,cone beam CT combined with digital technology has provided new methods for clinicians to quantitatively analyze the morphology of alveolar bone defects,opening up a new approach to evaluating alveolar bone regeneration effects. In the current article,the relevant factors that affect bone regeneration were reviewed,the general classifications and evaluation indicators of alveolar bone defects were summarized,the researches on the relationship between quantitative factors of alveolar bone defects morphology and bone regeneration results were analyzed,and a risk evaluation table for bone augmentation at implant site was proposed. The aim was to provide reference for clinicians to evaluate bone defects and make clinical decisions.

摘要: 牙槽骨缺损形态作为影响骨再生效果的关键因素,同时也是选择骨增量术式的重要依据。目前,牙槽骨缺损形态的评估和分类方法较多样化,导致临床应用缺乏标准化。此外,大多数评估分类方法未能全面、客观地反映与骨再生效果相关的缺损形态参数。近年来,锥形束CT结合数字化软件技术为临床医生提供了量化分析牙槽骨缺损形态新方法,并开辟了评估骨再生效果新途径。文章回顾骨再生效果的相关影响因素,概述常见牙槽骨缺损分类方法及其评估指标,分析骨缺损形态量化参数与骨再生效果相关性研究,并进一步提出种植位点骨增量风险评估表,旨在为临床医生评估骨缺损和临床决策提供参考。
