Abstract: Good anchorage design and control are crucial for the success of orthodontic treatment. Micro-implants，due to their low cost，small size，flexible implantation positions and simple operation，have been widely used in clinical orthodontics. In the initial stage of micro-implantation，primarily the dense cortical bone provides mechanical interlocking fixation for the micro-implant to achieve initial stability，while during the implantation process，the micro-implant also exerts compressive forces on the surrounding cortical bone，inducing morphological and microstructural alterations，which may affect the stability of micro-implant in the end. Therefore，this article presents a comprehensive review of recent research progress on changes in surrounding cortical bone after micro-implantation，related influencing factors，and the impact of these changes on the stability of micro-implant. The objective is to provide guidance for the application of micro-implants in orthodontic clinical practice.

摘要： 良好的支抗设计和控制是正畸治疗成功的关键。微种植钉支抗由于成本低、体积小、植入位置灵活、操作便利等优点，已广泛应用于正畸临床。在微种植钉植入初始阶段，主要由密度较大的皮质骨为微种植钉提供机械嵌合固位以获得初期稳定性，同时在植入过程中微种植钉也会对周围皮质骨产生一定的压应力，使其形态和微结构发生改变，最终可能影响微种植钉的稳定性。文章就近年来微种植钉植入后其周围皮质骨形态结构的变化与相关影响因素，以及这种变化对微种植钉稳定性影响的研究进展做一综述，为微种植钉在正畸临床中的应用提供指导。
