Abstract: With the development of digital technology，significant advancements have been made in orthodontics in areas such as diagnosis，planning，and treatment. Digital approaches，including three-dimensional imaging，digital scanning，3D additive and subtractive manufacturing，and artificial intelligence，have effectively addressed the limitations of traditional orthodontic methods. This article systematically reviews the application progress of these technologies in the field of orthodontics，discusses their advantages and potential limitations in clinical practice in detail，and explores future development directions.

摘要： 随着数字化技术的发展，口腔正畸学在诊断、规划、治疗等方面取得了显著进展。数字化手段，包括三维成像、数字扫描、三维增减材制造和人工智能，有效克服了传统正畸方法的局限性。文章主要介绍这些技术在正畸领域的应用进展，详细讨论其在临床应用中的优势和潜在局限，并展望未来发展方向。
