基于口内数码照片的深度学习在口腔疾病诊断中作用研究进展

Abstract: Deep learning is a feature learning method based on neural network,which has significant advantages in image classification,segmentation,positioning and multi-object detection. Deep learning based on medical image can help clinicians diagnose oral diseases,reduce their workload and improve their diagnostic efficiency. Because of the characteristics of convenient access,low cost and no radiation damage,intraoral digital photos can be used as an important tool for the diagnosis of oral diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of deep learning based on intraoral digital photos in the diagnosis of oral diseases such as dental diseases,periodontal diseases,oral mucosa diseases and oral cancer,so as to provide a basis for its further clinical application.

摘要: 深度学习是基于神经网络构建的一种特征学习方法,在图像分类、分割、定位及多目标检测等领域具有显著优势。基于医学影像图像的深度学习可帮助临床医生诊断口腔疾病,减少临床医生工作量,提高诊断效率。口内数码照片由于获取方便、成本低廉及无辐射损害等特点,可作为诊断口腔疾病的重要工具。文章就基于口内数码照片的深度学习在诊断牙体疾病、牙周疾病、口腔黏膜病及口腔癌等口腔疾病中的研究进展做一综述,为其进一步临床应用提供依据。
