Abstract: Common diseases that occur in the periodontium include inflammation，trauma，tumor-like lesions，and tumor. When patients suffer from the above diseases，common complaints include pain，bleeding，tooth loosening（drifting or dropping），and abnormal hyperplasia（lump）. This article is guided by the patients′ chief complaint and conducts medical history inquiries based on the patients′ chief complaint. Based on the inquiry results，targeted oral clinical and imaging examinations are conducted to achieve the goal of rapid and accurate diagnosis and timely treatment of the patient′s disease.

摘要： 发生于牙周组织的常见疾病主要有炎性疾病、外伤、肿瘤和类肿瘤疾病等。当患者罹患以上疾病时，常见的主诉包括疼痛、出血、牙松动或脱落、异常增生（肿物）等。文章以患者主诉为导向，围绕患者主诉进行病史询问，根据询问结果进行针对性口腔临床及影像学等辅助检查，从而达到对患者疾病进行快速、准确诊断并及时处理的目的。
