Abstract: Common salivary gland diseases that occur in the oral cavity include the duct lesions of the three pairs of large salivary gland and the inflammatory，tumor-like and tumor lesions of the small salivary gland. When patients suffer from the above diseases，common complaints include swelling，blisters and lumps. Guided by the patients′ chief complaints，this article conducts medical history inquiries about the patients′ chief complaints，and based on the inquiry results，targeted oral clinical and imaging examinations are conducted to achieve the goal of rapid and accurate diagnosis and timely treatment of the patient′s disease，which provides assistance for oral general practitioners to perform timely and effective treatment of salivary gland diseases.

摘要： 发生于口腔的唾液腺常见疾病包括3对大唾液腺导管病变和小唾液腺炎性、类肿瘤性及肿瘤病变。当患者罹患以上疾病时，常见的主诉包括肿胀、疱、包块三大类。文章以患者主诉为导向，围绕患者主诉进行病史询问，并根据询问结果进行针对性口腔临床检查及影像学等辅助检查，从而达到对患者疾病进行快速、准确诊断并及时处理的目的，为口腔全科医生及时有效地处理唾液腺疾病提供帮助。
