Abstract: Currently，the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2（SARS-CoV-2，novel coronavirus）is prevalent all over the world. The virus raises potential infection risk in stomatological emergency diagnosis and treatment due to the highly infectious ability and the fast transmission and strong concealment characteristics. According to the epidemic prevention and control documents issued by the governments，combined with the current clinical practice of stomatological emergency in Shanghai Ninth People′s Hospital，Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine，the  suggestions on emergency management and prevention were summarized for domestic colleagues.

摘要： 当前严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2（severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2，SARS-CoV-2，简称“新冠病毒”）已在全世界流行。该病毒传染性强并呈现传播速度快、隐匿性高等特点，为口腔急诊诊疗工作带来潜在的感染风险。文章根据国家和地方政府发布的疫情防控文件，结合目前上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔急诊临床实践，总结口腔急诊应急管理与感染防控经验，供国内口腔同行参考。
