Abstract: Food impaction is a common complication after implant-supported prosthetic restoration. It can lead to periodontal issues in natural adjacent teeth，which cause peri-implant inflammatory lesions and undermine the long-term stability of the implant restoration，thus affecting the patient's quality of life. Food impaction can be classified into horizontal，vertical，and mixed types. This article discusses the management strategies for vertical food impaction in implant-supported fixed restorations.

摘要： 食物嵌塞是种植义齿修复后的常见并发症，可能导致天然邻牙的牙周问题，引起种植体周围炎性病变，不利于种植修复体的长期稳定，影响患者的生活质量。食物嵌塞可分为水平型、垂直型及混合型。文章针对种植体支持的固定修复体垂直型食物嵌塞的处理方案展开讨论。
