Abstract: The prostheses for patients with jaw defects with edentulous jaw are one of the major challenges in prosthodontics. Due to insufficient bone，soft tissue changes，unstable jaw relationship and other factors，it is difficult for this type of patients to achieve good prosthetic effects. At present，the application of digital technology has made breakthrough progress in removable complete denture for edentulous jaw，but there are rare reports on its application to such kind of prostheses. The characteristics，difficulties and key points of prostheses for this type of patients were analyzed in this article，and the details and advantages of applying digital technology in these cases were discussed. Besides，a typical case treated with such prostheses assisted by digital technology was presented，in order to provide new ideas and methods for prosthetic treatment of this type of patients.

摘要： 颌骨缺损伴同颌或上下颌牙列缺失患者的赝复是口腔修复领域的重大难题之一。这类患者由于骨量不足、软组织变化、颌位关系不稳定等因素，赝复治疗往往难以获得理想的修复效果。目前，数字化技术在无牙颌全口义齿修复中的应用已取得突破性进展，但将其应用于此类赝复的报道较为少见。文章分析了此类患者赝复的特点、难点、关键点，阐述了此类患者数字化赝复的细节和优势，并展示1例用数字化技术辅助完成此类赝复的典型病例，以期为此类患者的赝复提供新的思路和方法。
