激光在埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔除中的应用及研究现状

Abstract: Extraction of impacted third molars is one of the most common operations in oral and maxillofacial surgery. However,due to the influence of the anatomical position of third molars,postoperative complications are still common. Laser is a new minimally invasive auxiliary means,which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties,healing promotion and strong hemostatic function. It is widely used in many oral areas,such as oral soft tissue tumor resection,frenum repair,peri-implant inflammation,periodontitis,gingival molding,orthodontic tooth movement,caries treatment and so on. At present,there are few reports on the application of laser in the extraction of impacted third molars. This paper summarizes the types,mechanisms and effects of laser in the extraction of impacted third molars,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.

摘要: 埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔除术是口腔颌面外科较常见的手术之一,然而受解剖位置的影响,其术后并发症仍普遍存在。激光是一种新型的微创辅助手段,具有抗菌抗炎、促愈合及强止血性能,广泛应用于口内软组织肿物切除、系带修整、种植体周围炎、牙周炎、牙龈成形、正畸牙移动、龋病治疗等口腔医学领域。目前对于激光应用于埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔除的报道较少,文章就埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔除常用激光类型、机制及效果进行综述,以便为临床实践提供参考。
