Abstract: Maxillary anterior teeth restoration plays a crucial role in dental aesthetic design，with the incisal edge design being a key element in this process. The article deeply explores the esthetic and functional design elements in incisal edge of maxillary anterior teeth prostheses. In terms of esthetic design，it provides a detailed discussion on the position of the incisal edge of the maxillary central incisors at rest，the incisal edge alignment of the maxillary anterior teeth during a smile，the crown width，and the materials and types of prostheses. From a functional standpoint，it emphasizes considerations of anterior guidance design and phonetic function. By integrating these factors with clinical experience，the article outlines a series of techniques for designing the incisal edge of anterior teeth prostheses，aiming to provide practical guidance for clinical practice.

摘要： 上前牙修复在口腔美学设计中扮演着至关重要的角色，而对上前牙修复体切端的设计则是这一过程中的关键环节。文章深入探讨了上前牙修复体切端的美观与功能设计要素。在美观设计方面，详细讨论了静息时上中切牙切缘的位置、微笑时上前牙切缘连线、牙冠宽度、修复体的材料与类型；在功能设计方面，则着重于前导设计和语音功能的考量。综合这些因素及临床经验，文章提炼出一系列前牙修复体切端设计的技巧，旨在为临床实践提供实用的指导。
