Abstract: Occlusal design is an important part in oral prosthodontics，and its accuracy directly affects the restoration effect. According to the different conditions of occlusion of remaining teeth in the mouth after tooth defect and absence，this paper makes a classification and analyzes the characteristics of various types，summarizes the corresponding restoration principles，and puts forward a new concept of ＂classification design of occlusion for oral fixed prostheses while sharing clinical application experience，aiming at promoting stomatologists' understanding of occlusion design of different types of fixed prostheses and improving the efficiency and success rate of restoration treatment.

摘要： 咬合设计是口腔修复中的重要环节，其精确程度直接影响修复效果。文章根据患者牙齿缺损、缺失后口内余牙咬合的不同情况进行分类并分析各类特点，总结了相应的修复原则，提出了“口腔固定修复体咬合分类设计”新理念，同时分享了临床应用经验，旨在促进口腔医生对不同类型固定修复体咬合设计的理解，提升修复治疗的效率和成功率。
