Abstract: With the development of computer technology，digital design has been widely used in the field of prosthodontics，providing new options for the design and manufacture of removable partial denture（RPD）. This article explores the current status and development of digital transformation in RPD design，focusing on the application of clinical decision support systems for RPDs and computer aided design systems for denture，which provides assistance for the popularization of clinical application of RPD digital design.

摘要： 随着计算机技术的发展，数字化设计在口腔修复领域得到了广泛应用，为可摘局部义齿（removable partial denture，RPD）的设计和制作方法提供了新的选择。文章探讨了RPD设计的数字化转型现状与发展，重点介绍了RPD临床决策支持系统和义齿计算机辅助设计系统的应用，为RPD数字化设计技术的临床应用和推广提供帮助。
