熔融沉积成型氧化钛/聚醚醚酮可摘局部义齿的适合性初探

Abstract: Objective    To evaluate the fitness of TiO2/polyetheretherketone(PEEK)removable partial dentures prepared by fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology. Methods    Five Kennedy Ⅰ TiO2/PEEK removable partial dentures were prepared by FDM technology,and the gypsum model with the silicone rubber film and the gypsum model with the film removed obtained by the "impression method" were scanned by an optical scanner. The two models are entered into Geomagic Qualify 13.0 software,and the gap between the denture tissue surface and the model (the 3D deviation value of denture) was analyzed through its 3D comparison function to evaluate the fitness of the denture. Results    The overall 3D deviation of the TiO2/PEEK removable partial denture was(0.2449 ± 0.0319)mm. Conclusion    The fitness of TiO2/PEEK removable partial dentures prepared by FDM technology can basically meet the clinical requirements.

摘要: 目的    初步评价通过熔融沉积成型(fused deposition modeling,FDM)技术制备的氧化钛(TiO2)/聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)可摘局部义齿的适合性。方法    通过FDM技术制备5个肯氏Ⅰ类TiO2/PEEK可摘局部义齿,采用光学扫描仪分别扫描通过“印模法”得到的附有硅橡胶薄膜的石膏模型及去除硅橡胶薄膜的石膏模型,导入Geomagic Qualify 13.0软件,通过其3D比较功能分析义齿组织面和石膏模型之间的间隙,即义齿3D偏差值,对其适合性进行评价。结果    TiO2/PEEK可摘局部义齿的3D偏差值为(0.2449 ± 0.0319)mm。结论    通过FDM技术制备的TiO2/PEEK可摘局部义齿的适合性基本满足临床要求。
