Abstract: Myalgia is an important classification of painful disorders of masticatory muscle dysfunction-type temporomandibular disorders（TMD），including local myalgia, myofascial pain，and myofascial pain with referral. The differential diagnosis of myalgia TMD is very important in clinical treatment and etiological research. This paper reviews the previous literature, expounds the clinical manifestations and diagnosis of myalgia TMD，and analyzes the internal correlation and transformation relationship between the types of myalgia TMD to support differential diagnosis and rational treatment of myalgia diseases in clinical work.

摘要： 肌痛是咀嚼肌功能紊乱型颞下颌关节紊乱病（temporomandibular disorders，TMD）疼痛性疾病的重要分类，包括局限性肌痛、肌筋膜痛和牵涉型肌筋膜痛。肌痛性TMD的鉴别诊断在临床治疗和病因学研究中非常重要。文章回顾既往文献，就肌痛性TMD的病因、临床表现及诊断等做一阐述，分析肌痛性TMD各类型之间的内在关联及转化关系，以促进临床工作中肌痛性疾病的鉴别诊断及合理治疗。
