Abstract: Objective    To analyze the research status and development trend of occlusal splint by bibliometric method，so as to provide reference for the clinical application of occlusal splints. Methods    The relevant literature of occlusal splint research published from 2000 to 2022 in the web of science core collection（WoSCC）database was retrieved，and CiteSpace 6.1.R6，VOSviewer 1.6.16，and Microsoft Office Excel（2019 version）were used to visually cluster and analyze the publication year，country，research institution，author，journal，reference and keywords. Results    A total of 1294 articles related to occlusal splint research were included，and the overall number of publications and citation frequency showed an increasing trend，especially in the recent 5 years. The relevant literature on occlusal splint research came from 62 countries，including the United States（182 articles），Italy（120 articles）and Brazil（106 articles）. The top 3 authors by number of publications were Cistulli PA（38 articles），Sutherland K（22 articles），and Vanderveken OM（22 articles）. The top one research institution and journal was the University of Sydney（59 articles）and Sleep and Breathing（88 articles）. Common keywords in splint-related research were positive airway pressure（323 times），mandibular advancement device（289 times），and obstructive sleep apnea（254 times）. Cluster analysis of cited literature found that research mainly focused on restorative dentistry，obstructive sleep and occlusal splint material in recent years. Conclusion    The research on occlusal splint has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad，and it is currently in a rapid development stage. The application of occlusal splints in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is the research hotspot currently.

摘要： 目的    通过文献计量学方法分析咬合板的研究现状与发展趋势，为咬合板的临床应用提供参考。方法    检索Web of Science核心合集（web of science core collection，WoSCC）数据库中2000—2022年发表的咬合板研究相关文献，应用CiteSpace 6.1.R6、VOSviewer 1.6.16、Microsoft Office Excel（2019版）将文献的发表时间、国家、研究机构、作者、期刊、参考文献和关键词等信息进行可视化聚类分析。结果    共纳入1294篇咬合板研究相关文献，总体发文量和被引频次呈上升趋势，近5年尤为明显。咬合板研究相关文献共来自于美国（182篇）、意大利（120篇）、巴西（106篇）等62个国家。发文量排名前3位的作者分别是Cistulli PA（38篇）、Sutherland K（22篇）和Vanderveken OM（22篇）。发文量排名第一的研究机构和期刊分别是悉尼大学（59篇）和Sleep and Breathing（88篇）。咬合板相关研究领域常见的关键词是positive airway pressure（323次）、mandibular advancement device（289次）、obstructive sleep apnea（254次）。共被引文献聚类分析发现，近年来研究主要倾向于restorative dentistry、obstructive sleep、occlusal splint material等领域。结论     咬合板的相关研究受到国内外学者的广泛关注，目前处于快速发展阶段。咬合板在颞下颌关节紊乱病及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等相关疾病诊疗中的应用是目前研究的热点。
